declare on oath that after joining the GoldFinch Family, I will follow the rules (bye-laws) of this organization. I will follow the instructions given by the organisation. I will not in any way defame, harm or misrepresent the organisation. I also accept that I will follow the laws of the state in which I live and the Constitution of India as applied therein.
I also declare that there is no criminal or police case registered against me. If at any time it is found that I have given any wrong information, I accept that the Institute will have the right to take appropriate action against me, including suspending or terminating my membership. If I make any mistake or violate any rule, the Institute has the right to suspend or terminate me. In such a case, I will immediately submit my ID card issued by my institution to the Head Office of the organisation.
Further, I also undertake that after the validity/expiry of my ID card, I will submit the same to the Head Office.
